Job summary

All’s Well Healthcare partners with California’s DDS to offer a statewide, paid 3‑month shadow training program for Direct Service Professional Interns. You will shadow a DSP mentor up to 30 hours/week, gain hands-on experience, and build skills to support adults with developmental needs in independent living.

The role includes duties such as empowering individuals, aiding communication, daily living tasks, and community participation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

• Assist with daily living skills (e.g., cooking, hygiene, transportation).
