Job summary

All’s Well Healthcare, in partnership with California's DDS, offers a paid 3-month shadow training program for Direct Service Professional (DSP) Interns with potential permanent employment.

Interns shadow staff under a mentor for up to 3 months and up to 30 hours per week, gaining hands-on experience in supporting adults with developmental and intellectual needs toward greater independence and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills (e.g. cooking, hygiene, transportation).
