Job summary

Compass Group USA is offering a paid Culinary Internship with FLIK Hospitality Group in Wilmington, MA for Summer and/or Fall 2027. The role requires current enrollment in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts programs, and pays $20.00 per hour.

Schedule is full-time and may be discussed during interview. Interns rotate through FOH and BOH, engage with guests, learn wellness initiatives, and adhere to Platinum Service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or operational needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to “platinum service” customer service standards.
• Consistently practice safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.
• Interns should contribute individually and as a team member to support Culinary Services and work towards goals assigned by a manager.
