Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a Culinary Intern at the Cleveland Browns Training Facility in Berea, OH. The internship is paid at $20 per hour and runs Summer to Fall 2027, July to December 2027.

Candidates must be enrolled in a college program pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts and be available 20–40 hours per week. Interns will rotate through FOH/BOH stations, engage with guests, and learn wellness, safety, and sustainability practices while receiving hands-on mentorship and

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university.
• Pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Must be available to work 20–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or operational needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to 'platinum service' customer service standards.
• Consistently practice safety and sanitation protocols.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
