Job summary

The FLIK Culinary Internship Program at the Baltimore Ravens Training Facility in Owings Mills, MD offers a paid internship for culinary students during Summer and Fall 2027. Interns rotate through FOH and BOH stations, work 20–40 hours per week, and gain hands-on kitchen experience under seasoned mentors.

Participants must be enrolled in a college culinary program or have 1 year of industry experience, complete sanitation and knife skills coursework, and take part in development opportunities,

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• GPA requirement for Internship as per university.
• Sanitation training completed.
• Knife skills or Intro to Culinary coursework completed.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian.
• Assist with catering events and setup.
• Support Culinary Services and work with a manager.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
