Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is offering a paid Culinary Internship at the Indianapolis Colts Training Facility. The program runs Summer 2027 and Fall 2027, with opportunities to rotate through front-of-house and back-of-house stations and to learn from culinary mentors in a dynamic kitchen culture.

Interns must be currently enrolled in a college or university program in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts and may earn college credit with available documentation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university program in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• Interest in culinary operations and guest service.
• Willingness to learn across FOH/BOH stations.
• Commitment to a 20–40 hour per week schedule as required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH/BOH stations per location and needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to platinum service standards.
• Support catering events including setup and execution.
• Develop professional relationships with team members.
