Flik Hospitality Group is offering a paid Culinary Internship at the Cleveland Browns Training Facility in Berea, OH. The role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and is ideal for students pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.

Interns receive meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. Interns will gain hands‑on kitchen experience, mentorship from culinary staff, and exposure to wellness, sustainability, and safety initiatives in a leading food

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• Paid internship program offering hands‑on kitchen experience.
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic food service and hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian and review standards.
• Participate in safety, sanitation and wellness initiatives.
• Assist with catering events and internship projects.
