Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring a paid Culinary Internship at the Baltimore Ravens Training Facility in Owings Mills, MD. Interns work full-time during Summer and Fall 2027 and must be enrolled in a college/university culinary or hospitality program.

The program offers meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations. Interns rotate through FOH/BOH stations, engage with guests, meet with a dietitian, and learn wellness and sustainability initiatives while developing professional

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Meet university GPA requirement for Internship.
• Complete sanitation standards training and relevant knife skills/coursework.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or operational needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn about wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Adhere to platinum service customer service standards.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
