Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Culinary Intern for the FLIK program at the New Orleans Saints facility in Metairie, LA. The role is a summer/fall 2027 internship, full-time hours to be discussed, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Candidates must be enrolled in a hospitality or culinary program and meet GPA, sanitation, and knife-skills requirements. Interns rotate through FOH/BOH stations, engage with guests, may assist with catering events, and will receive hands-on training in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.
• Meet university GPA requirement for Internship.
• Sanitation standards training completed.
• Relevant knife skills or Intro to Culinary coursework completed.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Assist with catering events, including setup and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and enhance interpersonal skills.
