Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is inviting applications for a paid Culinary Internship in Wilmington, MA. The program runs in Summer/Fall 2027 and offers hands-on kitchen experience, mentorship, and exposure to a dynamic hospitality environment.

You will rotate through FOH/BOH stations, engage with guests, learn safety and sanitation, and assist with catering events. Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant culinary or hospitality program and available 20–40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Meet university GPA requirements for Internship.
• Sanitation training completion.
• Knife skills or introductory culinary coursework completed.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations as needed (pizza, deli, salad bar, grill).
• Engage with guests, tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Review culinary and front-of-house standards.
• Learn wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Support catering events including setup and execution.
• Develop professional relationships and interpersonal skills.
