Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in New Orleans offers a paid Culinary Internship that lets students work in a fast-paced kitchen culture, rotating through FOH and BOH under mentors. You must be enrolled in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts, meet GPA requirements, have sanitation and knife-skills training, and be available 20–40 hours per week; college credit is not required but documentation can be provided.

• Must be currently enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts degree.
• Meet university GPA requirement for Internship.
• Sanitation standards training completed.
• Knife skills coursework completed.
• Available to work 20–40 hours a week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location or needs.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Meet with the team dietitian and review standards.
• Learn wellness and sustainability initiatives and adhere to service standards.
• Assist with catering events and support daily operations.
