Job summary

Qualifications

• GPA requirement for internship.
• Sanitation and knife skills training may be completed prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through FOH and BOH stations depending on location.
• Assist with catering events and dining service.
• Engage with guests and tailor plates to dietary needs.
• Support daily operations and learn wellness and sustainability initiatives.
• Attend hands-on training and mentor sessions.
