Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably to graduate within 12 months.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore opportunities in Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking.
