Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist a Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Spend time in Sales & Marketing to understand the full lifecycle.
• Learn land research forecasting for a growing metropolitan area.
• Tour building products operations, including plant and design offices.
• Gain exposure to mortgage banking and home loan processes.
