NVR, Inc. invites you to join as a Construction Management Intern for a 12-week paid program in the homebuilding industry. You will shadow a Project Manager, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

It’s a hands-on opportunity to gain diverse experience across business segments while potentially moving into full-time roles after graduation. Eligible students will participate in Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking

Qualifications

• Leadership and strong communication abilities.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Enrolled in a college degree program, preferably within 12 months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
