NVR is offering a 12-week Construction Management Intern program designed to give you hands-on experience across the homebuilding process in a real-world setting.

You will shadow an experienced Project Manager, work with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers while building their new home. You’ll also explore Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to understand the end-to-end business.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with customers and partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, with graduation within 12 months.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Spend time in Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, Mortgage Banking areas.
