Job summary

NVR is offering a 12-week Construction Management Intern internship in the United States. The program provides hands-on exposure to project management, field work with subcontractors, and customer interactions as you help build new homes.

You will rotate through Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking to gain a broad view of homebuilding operations. Applicants should be enrolled in a college program with a valid driver’s license and a goal to graduate within 12

Qualifications

Highly driven with leadership skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners.
Currently enrolled in a college degree program, and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship.
Current Driver’s License

Responsibilities

Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
Interact with customers building their new home.
Spend time in Sales & Marketing to understand the new home sales lifecycle.
Gain exposure to Land Research and forecasting for a growing metropolitan area.
Tour Building Products operations and learn about manufacturing and design offices.
Get exposure to Mortgage Banking and home loan financing processes.
