Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with customers and business partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months.
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a Project Manager in the field and assist with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore other areas of the business: Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, Mortgage Banking.
