NVR is offering a 12-week paid Construction Management Intern program designed to give hands-on exposure to project management in the homebuilding industry. You will shadow a Project Manager in the field, work with on-site subcontractors, and engage with customers as they build their new homes.

The internship also offers rotations through Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking, with mentorship and opportunities to join full-time after graduation; eligibility

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program.
• Preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
