Job summary

NVR, Inc. invites you to join a 12-week Construction Management Intern program that pays you to gain hands-on experience across our homebuilding business. You'll learn from our construction and customer relations teams and see how projects move from concept to completion.

You will shadow a Project Manager on-site, coordinate with subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home. The internship also exposes you to Sales, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably graduating within 12 months.
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Explore Sales, Land Research, Building Products and Mortgage Banking areas.
