Job summary

NVR is offering a 12-week Construction Management Internship. You will shadow a Project Manager in the field, collaborate with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers building their new home.

The program also provides exposure to related areas such as Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking, helping you understand the end-to-end homebuilding process. Applicants must be enrolled in a degree program and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Highly driven with leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers and business partners.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, and preferably scheduled to graduate within 12 months of the internship.
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Spend time shadowing and assisting an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
