Job summary

NVR, Inc. offers a 12-week Construction Management Intern program designed to immerse students in hands-on project management within the homebuilding industry. As an intern, you will work with our construction and customer relations teams to gain practical field experience and mentorship.

You'll shadow a Project Manager, collaborate with on-site subcontractors, and interact with customers while exploring related areas such as Sales, Land Research, and Mortgage Banking during the internship.

Qualifications

• Leadership and strong communication are required.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably graduating within 12 months.
• Must hold a current Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist an experienced Project Manager in the field.
• Work directly with on-site subcontractors.
• Interact with customers building their new home.
• Spend time in Sales & Marketing to understand the new home sales lifecycle.
• Explore Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking areas.
