Job summary

QXO is seeking motivated undergraduate students for a 12-week Summer Internship Program designed to provide hands-on exposure to branch operations across Roofing, Lumber, Building Materials, and Insulation & Installation in the United States.

Interns will work with experienced professionals, gain insights into customers, products, and markets, and complete a capstone project presented to QXO leaders. This on-site program emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date around Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day branch priorities.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes and performance.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to connect operations to broader goals.
