Job summary

QXO is offering a 12-week Summer Internship Program embedded across branch locations in the United States. Interns will support roofing, lumber, building materials, and insulation & installation operations while gaining hands-on exposure to day-to-day branch activities.

You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, work with experienced leaders, and complete a final project with a presentation to QXO leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor's degree with expected graduation by 2028.
• Interest in the applicable business area.
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects within assigned branch.
• Learn branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes and performance.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights to QXO leaders.
