Job summary

QXO is offering a 12-week Summer Internship Program designed to give students hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, results-driven organization while building essential career skills.

Interns work within QXO branch locations across the United States in Roofing, Lumber, Building Materials, and Insulation & Installation, collaborating with leaders and teams to support branch priorities and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operations across sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and daily business priorities at your assigned branch.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and use data to drive improvements.
• Present final internship project with insights and recommendations.
