Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to support patients with PAH therapies and provide infusion training in a home-care setting. The role combines clinical nursing skills with patient education and coordination with care teams.

The position is full-time with a strong emphasis on in-person patient education, travel across ID and nearby states, and on-call availability. A current RN license, CPR, and driving eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an unrestricted ID license or multi-state capability.
• Two years in critical/acute care or high-tech home infusion.
• Ability to build positive relationships with medical staff.
• Ability to travel as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain CPR certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians, clinicians, and sales to coordinate the care plan.
• Provide infusion training and clinical support to patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop strong patient-caregiver relationships in a home setting.
• Maintain excellent written/verbal communication and use of electronic records.
• Travel 60% within ID and surrounding states, 1–2 overnight stays per week.
