Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to apply clinical skills in PAH education, infusion training, and ongoing clinical support for patients and caregivers.

You will travel within Arizona, work from home part-time, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacy operations, and the sales team to coordinate care.

This role requires AZ RN licensure, 2 years in critical/high-tech infusion, travel willingness, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of Sky Harbor airport.
• AZ RN license active with ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Two years of critical care or high-tech infusion experience.
• Ability to build positive relationships with medical/clinical personnel.
• Willingness to travel as noted in the summary and as needed.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy ops and sales to coordinate care.
• Work in a specialized nursing area with autonomy in home care.
• Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled PAH therapies.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in 1:1 settings.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal customer service and strong computer skills.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required by business needs.
