Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to apply clinical nursing skills, educating patients and caregivers on PAH therapies and supporting initiation and transitions to infused or inhaled treatments. This direct-hire, full-time role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings.

Travel within the Western Region is required (roughly 20%), with 1–2 days per week working from home and on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
• RN with an unrestricted WA license and ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Two years in critical care/acute care infusion or two years high-tech home infusion.
• Ability to build positive relationships with medical/clinical staff.
• Willingness to travel as required and to cover on-call shifts.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on PAH therapies and transitions.
• Support initiation of infused or inhaled PAH treatments.
• Develop strong patient and caregiver relationships in a home setting.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and computer skills for partner interactions.
• Participate in on-call as needed.
