CVS Health seeks a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to educate patients and caregivers on PAH therapies, including oral, inhaled, subcutaneous and infused regimens. The role involves coordinating care with physicians and the sales team, and delivering one-on-one education in a home-care setting.

You will travel regionally, visit patients at home, and support the patient’s plan of care while maintaining strong clinical and customer-service skills. RN licensure and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of SEA airport.
• Registered Nurse with WA license; multi-state licensure possible.
• Two years ICU/acute care infusions or two years high-tech home infusion.
• Travel ability and CPR certification; valid driver’s license.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Responsabilités

• Consult with physicians, clinicians, ops and sales to coordinate care.
• Work within a home care nursing autonomous setting.
• Assist patients starting infused or inhaled PAH therapies.
• Develop relationships with patients and caregivers one‑to‑one.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and computer skills for partners.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed.
