CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator in Tulsa, OK to educate patients on PAH therapies and provide clinical support. You will travel extensively to visit patients, support the sales team, and train families on administering infused medications. Some visits may occur via video conference from home.

The role requires an RN license, two years in critical or high-tech home infusion, CPR certification, and willingness to travel up to 80% with occasional overnight stays.

Qualificações

• RN licensed in Oklahoma or able to obtain multi-state licensure
• Experience with high-tech infusions or home infusion
• CPR certification required

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate plan of care with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations, and sales.
• Educate patients and caregivers about PAH therapies.
• Teach dosage and administration of infused or inhaled meds via video when needed.
• Travel to visit patients, with overnight visits as required.
• On-call shifts as needed.
• Develop relationships in one-on-one patient settings.
