CVS Health in New York is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Educator to provide infusion training and clinical support for PAH therapies, and to educate patients and caregivers in a home-infused care setting. As an RN in this role, you will collaborate with physicians, clinicians, operations and the sales team to coordinate care, travel up to 85% and participate in on-call coverage every 4–6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of a major airport.
• Registered Nurse with NY license and ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Two years in critical care or high-tech infusion care, or equivalent home infusion experience.
• Ability to travel as required and participate in on-call rotations.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Consult with physicians and care teams to coordinate patient plans.
• Provide infusion training and clinical support for PAH therapies.
• Develop strong relationships with patients and caregivers in home settings.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service and use computer systems to coordinate care.
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekends approximately every 4–6 weeks.
