Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator - Registered Nurse to educate patients and caregivers on PAH therapies and infusion procedures. The role combines clinical nursing with home infusion education, requiring collaboration with physicians, pharmacists and the sales team.

Expect travel to patient homes, with about 20% remote work and 80% field visits within IA and surrounding states. A current IA RN license, CPR, and driving credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of Des Moines International Airport.
• Registered Nurse licensed in IA; multi-state licensure possible.
• Two years in critical/acute care with high-tech infusions or two years of high-tech home infusion experience.
• CPR certification; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on PAH therapies and infusion training.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate the care plan.
• Travel to patients' homes; on-call rotation as required.
