Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Educator to apply clinical skills, provide infusion training, and support PAH therapies for patients and caregivers. This full-time role involves travel to patient sites and collaboration with physicians, pharmacy operations, and sales teams.

The position requires RN licensure (NY) with multi-state capability, a minimum of two years in critical care or high-tech infusion, and willingness to travel extensively. On-call rotation is part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of a major airport.
• RN license in NY or ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Two years of critical care or high-tech infusion experience.
• Willing to participate in the on-call rotation.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.
• Have current CPR certification.
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Consult and coordinate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to plan the patient’s care.
• Work within a highly specialized area of nursing and enjoy autonomy in home care services.
• Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled therapies for PAH.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers one-on-one.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service and advanced computer skills to interact with key partners.
• Participate in the on-call rotation approximately every 4–6 weeks.
