Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator to educate patients and caregivers on PAH therapies, initiate therapy, and provide clinical support. This is a direct-hire, full-time role requiring RN licensure and travel within a multi-state service area.

You will collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and sales to coordinate care, support infusion therapies, and teach administration via video or in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Must live within one hour of OKC Will Rogers International Airport.
• RN with current unrestricted license in OK; ability to obtain multi-state licensure.
• Two years in critical care/acute care with high-tech infusions, or two years high-tech home infusion experience.
• Ability to build positive relationships with medical/clinical personnel.
• Ability to travel as required by the role.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Participation in on-call rotation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and the sales team to coordinate the patient’s plan of care.
• Work within a highly specialized area of nursing and enjoy autonomy in home care service.
• Assist patients initiating or transitioning to infused or inhaled PAH therapies.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and caregivers in a one-on-one setting.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal customer service and advanced computer skills for partner interactions.
• Participate in on-call as the business needs.
