Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a Clinical Staff PACU Nurse. The RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit under the Clinical Unit Supervisor, aligning with our Watson Model and hospital core values.

The role requires California RN licensure with at least one year of acute/critical care experience; bilingual Spanish is preferred. Training in CPI, BLS, and ACLS is expected, with a focus on safe, efficient perioperative patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing preferred
• Associates degree in nursing required
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in Critical Care nursing
• RN license in California
• Post Anesthesia Nursing certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing processes to meet patient and family needs.
• Under supervision of Clinical Unit Supervisor, coordinate and provide high-quality patient care.
• Document care using IPOC and standard hospital policies.
• Participates in discharge planning and care coordination.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to regulatory standards.
