Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ADN required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in Critical Care.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing processes to plan and solve problems for patient and family.
• Performs focused assessments and adjusts care as needed.
• Prioritizes and organizes patient care with follow-through.
• Documents IPOC and uses the Watson Model of Care per unit policies.
• Communicates changes with physicians and the health care team via SBAR.
• Assists in coordinating interdisciplinary discharge planning for the patient population.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and adheres to regulatory standards.
