Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital is seeking a Clinical Staff PACU Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered postoperative care in a fast-paced environment.

The RN will work under the Clinical Unit Supervisor, organizing, planning, and directing care for a defined patient population using the Watson Model of Care. Ideal candidates hold a CA RN license, with ADN acceptable and BSN preferred, and familiarity with PACU responsibilities.

Formación

• Education: BSN preferred, ADN required
• California RN license required
• Post Anesthesia Nursing certification preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates nursing processes to meet patient and family needs
• Prioritizes and organizes patient care across units
• Performs hourly rounding and uses SBAR for hand-offs
• Coordinates discharge planning with Care Managers
• Maintains regulatory standards and patient safety
• Documents assessment, IPOC, and care outcomes
