Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail to identify product and packaging defects.
• Ability to follow written instructions and packaging specs.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging and production.
• Inspect finished product packaging for date codes, seals, and labels.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to GMPs and safety rules.
• Operate packaging-related equipment and assist with changeovers as needed.
• Support production lines and communicate issues to supervisors.
