Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is hiring for a Packer position on a rotating shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, A or C) with starting pay of $18.60/hour. You will prepare cartons, inspect packaging, and load products for shipment while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Training on LOTO procedures and sanitation will be provided as part of the plant team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging.
• Verify tape guns and equipment have supplies and function properly.
• Perform visual inspections of finished packaging for date codes, pricing, seals, and package integrity.
• Pack products according to packaging specifications and ensure correct labels are applied.
• Operate pallet jacks and move finished goods safely.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during required cleaning and sanitation activities.
