• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required by production needs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods; physical strength for lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and trays for packing, folding, taping, labeling.
• Ensure packaging equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Visually inspect finished packaging for accuracy (codes, labels, seals).
• Identify non-conforming products and communicate issues.
• Fill cartons and displays per specs; verify correct labels.
• Stack cartons on pallets; use pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures; report issues promptly.
