Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Packer for our Hanover, PA facility. You will play a critical role in accurate, safe packaging of finished goods, uphold quality inspections, food safety, and teamwork to maintain production flow.

The role requires adherence to GMPs and safety policies while supporting equipment changeovers and sanitation tasks. The position involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment following safety and GMPs.
• Strong attention to detail to identify product/packaging defects.
• Ability to follow packaging specifications and procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging.
• Verify equipment supplies and functioning status.
• Perform visual inspections of finished packaging quality and code dates.
• Remove out-of-spec products and communicate concerns to operators or supervisors.
• Pack products according to packaging specs and apply correct labels.
• Seal, tape, and prepare cartons for shipment.
• Stack cartons on pallets and move materials using pallet jacks.
