Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Hanover, PA is seeking a Packer for 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Monday to Friday. You will help ensure finished goods are packaged safely and accurately, emphasizing quality inspections, food safety, and teamwork to keep production flowing.

You will prepare packaging materials, inspect codes and seals, move products with pallets and pallet jacks, and support sanitation and line readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of production or packaging experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging.
• Verify packaging equipment has supplies and is functioning.
• Perform visual inspections of finished packaging for dates, seals and labels.
• Remove defects and communicate packaging concerns to supervisors.
• Pack products according to specifications and apply correct labels.
• Follow GMPs and food safety requirements; maintain a clean work area.
