Campbell's is seeking a Packer in Hanover, PA to join our packaging teams on a rotating shift. You will prepare materials, inspect finished packaging, and support production with efficient, accurate processes.

You will work with operators, coordinators, maintenance, and QA to ensure products meet quality standards. We value meticulous, safety-minded individuals who can handle repetitive work, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow safety and GMP requirements.
• Strong attention to detail to identify product/packaging defects.
• Ability to follow packaging specifications and production procedures.
• Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging by folding, taping, labeling, and staging materials.
• Verify packaging equipment supplies and ensure proper function.
• Perform visual inspections of finished packaging for accuracy and integrity.
• Communicate packaging concerns to operators or supervisors.
• Pack products according to specifications and apply correct labels.
• Seal and prepare cartons for shipment and stack on pallets.
• Move finished goods using pallet jacks and keep work areas clean.
