Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Hanover, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Packer to join our packaging team. You will ensure high-quality finished goods are accurately packaged, labeled, and ready for shipment on a third shift. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Starting pay is $18.60 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential; overtime may be required. Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging is a plus, and you will contribute to 5S and

Qualifications

• Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow safety rules.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product/packaging defects.
• Able to follow written packaging specs and production procedures.
• Capable of repetitive work while maintaining quality.
• Works effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons, trays, and displays for packaging according to specs.
• Verify packaging supplies and equipment functioning.
• Perform visual inspections of finished packaging for codes, dates, and integrity.
• Remove out-of-spec products and relay packaging concerns to Operators or Supervisors.
• Pack products according to specifications and apply correct labels.
• Seal and prepare cartons for shipment; stack on pallets.
• Move finished goods with pallet jacks as needed; keep work area clean.
• Assist with sanitation, line start-ups, and equipment changeovers as required.
• Follow LOTO procedures during cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Identify and remove defects from product streams; maintain 5S in area.
