Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth for the Stretch Films line across the assigned region. You will develop new business and expand relationships with distribution and end‑user customers, interfacing with procurement, product development, operations, and marketing to deliver Amcor’s One Amcor strategy.

The role requires 3–5 years of packaging sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive and successful Sales experience in packaging or related distribution/manufacturing fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work cross‑functionally to drive business solutions.
• Strong relationship building and self‑starter attitude with results orientation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and increase profitability within the region by driving organic growth.
• Execute strategy plans to sustain growth while aligning with Amcor divisions.
• Represent Amcor’s full product offerings in a unified One Amcor approach.
• Identify solutions to enable broad account relationships across levels and functions.
