Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow a flexible packaging business in northeast TN. You will blend consultative selling with technical learning to solve real packaging challenges for broad consumer goods clients.

You’ll identify new enterprise opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and oversee quotes, proposals, and RFP responses while collaborating with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B preferred).
• Degree in Business, Packaging Science, Graphic Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new enterprise clients across CPG categories.
• Open doors, build trust, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge of rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Forecast and track sales performance.
• Manage accounts end-to-end from first conversation to final delivery.
