Hire Consulting Services in Kingsport, TN is seeking a Sales Manager to grow our flexible packaging business in the northeast Tennessee region. You will blend relationship-driven sales with technical learning to deliver smarter packaging solutions.

You will identify new enterprise clients in food, beverages, confectionery, pet food and consumer goods, build trust, guide clients through rotogravure printing and substrate choices, and manage accounts end-to-end from first contact to delivery.

Formación

• 8+ years in sales or technical service (B2B preferred).
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of printing and packaging.
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and close deals.

Responsabilidades

• Build & Grow New Business by winning new enterprise clients in food, beverage, confectionery, pet food, and consumer goods.
• Be a Trusted Advisor by learning rotogravure printing, substrates, and ink systems and guiding material choices.
• Sell with Strategy & Value by communicating performance, quality, and cost advantages of solutions.
• Collaborate Across Teams with R&D, prepress, and production to ensure flawless execution.
• Own the Customer Experience by managing accounts end-to-end and preparing quotes and proposals.
• Stay Ahead of the Market by tracking trends in sustainability, films, and pricing.
