The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Packaging industry, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 plus commission and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and a profit-sharing program.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of related job experience.
• Experience in Packaging or similar industry is preferred.
• Territory sales or account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote products and services to meet sales goals.
• Develop and implement a customer contact plan.
• Identify opportunities and present solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions.
• Create a personal network and represent the organization at events.
• Act as contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
• Leverage sales technology to maximize customer growth.
• Participate in training to enhance sales competencies.
