Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in Kentucky. Pay ranges from $18–$20 per hour with a $2.50 shift differential. The role runs Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm, and involves bagging, baler operations, and material handling.

Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. Responsibilities include operating bagging/baler machinery, moving and wrapping products, and ensuring quality control data is recorded.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass company forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to do simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler operations as assigned by Shift Leads.
• Operate machinery following safety guidelines.
• Assist other production areas as needed.
• Move and wrap completed products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for ~7 hours daily.
• Assist Shift Leads to start/stop pellet mills.
• Report moisture or material issues to Shift Lead.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
