Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is hiring a Production Worker / Packaging Operator to operate bagging and baler equipment on day or night shifts. This full-time role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include packaging, palletizing, quality checks, and cooperating with Shift Leads to start/stop pellet mills. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Must pass the company forklift training.
• Must read and interpret scales.
• Requires mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery, shrink wrap, forklift, and palletizing activities.
• Move and wrap completed products and place them in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist Shift Leads with starting and stopping pellet mills and reporting tonnage.
• Communicate moisture or material problems to Shift Lead.
